I just want to say I've been living in the neighborhood for 35 years I'm 38 years old I've been going to Top Shelf for a very long time and they have amazing food the workers are polite and they make your food just wright in all my years ago in there I've never had any of the workers messed up my order I just want to say keep up the good work guys stay safe to guys thank you and have a nice day

Went in because it was the only place I could find to get a gyro on sunday. The guy that took my order and made my food was super friendly, I paid for extra feta and he hooked us up! I will be back to try something else based upon this experience.

Best chef salad around.

Stopped by to pick up one of my husbands favorite pies, the Grand Slam. No complaints

The pizza never disappoints us. It's delicious! We also go there because we like Molly the bartender. She pays attention to her customers and we appreciate that.

tonite my husband and I stopped at Topshelf for pizza we had a deluxe pizza and drinks.the pizza was hot and very tasty.I cant wait to go back there again.Have to try wings too next time.

This place used to be my favorite pizza in town. But lately something is going on and delivery service is horrible. After getting screwed over 3 times before, I decided to call at 5 minutes to 11:00, hoping that I would be the first pizza delivered, and on time. After being told 35-40 minutes like always, I waited until nearly noon to call. Same as before, 1 driver and she is dropping off others before me. I think I am done with place

Top Shelf has become my second favorite pizza, knocking Scrib's to number three. Clover Bar and Grill in Grand Haven will always be my number one, but its quite a drive away. Top Shelf definately fills the need when my hankering for a premium pizza

I love their pizza's!! And their French fries are to die for....not greasy or oily! Nice crispy outside and soft inside! The chicken wings had just the right amount of heat , D.E.L.I.S.H!!!! Just plain good!!!I would recommend it to everyone! By the way.. The service is great as well!!

Pizza was a little wet but we had alot of toppings and it tasted great

The bartender was so awesome. There wasn't alot of people because we went around 3pm for something to eat and drink after work. The bartender talked with us the whole time and kept things interesting. The food is always amazing and cooked fresh 👌

Great pizza

Great drinks and food. If you come here, you won't be disappointed. The cheese loaf and sauce is the best thing ever, but all they're food I've tried is good. The staff is polite and curtious. Tiffany especially is an awesome server.

We normally order food from her at least two times a month but today we had are order we always get and they it looks like they purposely put extra olives on it when we ordered it without it and when I called the manger said ok and hung up on me Need the the name of the owner please

Moving from Missouri to Michigan. Hotel clerk recommended Topshelf For pizza, (Apple ave) pizza was luke warm when received/ very salty And greasy ( when set on counter grease soaked through liner and box onto counter). No forks, napkins, must request condiments,(ie hot pepper flakes, etc.). Cheesy bread wasn’t very good. Salads delivered later ( appr.10 min. Later) again no forks... (A MUST REQUEST WHEN PLACING ORDER)... “You must request those things when submitting your order” says the employee/ manager, when called to see when our salads would be delivered... Will not recommend anyone for this place nor go back... too pricey for the quality and service.

Went in tonight got cheese and broc appetizer and an italian sub it was AMAZING food and the service was even better i will be back in the near futurre for sure!!

I’m pretty picky where I go to sit to have a cocktail and good food. I’m proud to say I’m a regular and what keeps me going back is the staff, the sandwiches and amazing pizza doesn’t hurt much either. The salads are great & so are the appetizers. If you like Italian sandwiches I would recommend the #2 and the Ruben is top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a little fun along with good food and drinks.

Wish I would have seen the cook prepping food, change his gloves after answering the phone and opening doors. Cross contamination is real and who held the phone before him was handling cash tips. Neat! Love the food but not that much. I won't order from here until proper training is enforced. I mean we are all standing right there in front of it. Smh.

My girlfriend and I ordered a salad and a pizza to go from the apple avenue location. We had a drink while we were waiting. We both ordered pina coladas. Whatever we got was very good, but definitely not a pina colada. It had cherries in it, and it had cherry/strawberry in the middle. Also had whip cream on top with maraschino cherry. As I said; it was good, but not what we ordered. No one, including the bartender or the servers, were wearing masks. The bar was full of people. Definitely as close as shoulders touching. There was a fan on the floor. It was absolutely filthy. I will never go to this location again. Ever.

Very well treated by our waitress, and the pizza was great! The garlic bread w/ cheese was also great! However, the pizza was quite greasy, so much so that my entire plate was covered in it, as well as the platter the pizza came on. Still, it tasted good. Not bad for the price either.

Dough and sauce is made almost every single day. Freshly cut meats and cheese. And all of our ingredients are too of the line. If you have a problem with service talk to a manager or the owner and they will make it right with you. Our food is amazing and I will always eat here.

Nothing too great about this place ... I have been here 3 times because family wanted to go but I haven’t had anything outstanding here ever. It’s a sub par pizza place . It’s fine to go with family and not expensive .

This is a nice little neighborhood bar/restaurant. The service is always friendly and fast. The food is classic bar fair. The crowd is local and friendly. It is just a nice quiet place to Have a drink and maybe a slice of pizza.

Great pizza!

It was just okay. The food was typical bar food but nothing you'd cross the street for. We ate there because it was open and convenient but we won't be back.

Great bar food selection! The wings, fries, and pizza are all great! The service has always been very quick. We normal go to pigeon and order a round when we wait.

I just ordered carry out at Topshelf Pizza & Pub and could not grab my phone to write a review quick enough! Tom waited on us when we went in to pick up our delivery and he was OUTSTANDING!! He was SO social, very very kind, and had INCREDIBLE energy!!🖤 even if this food isnt your style, (which it is very delicious) just go in and at least say hey to Tom!

Picked up dinner from Top Shelf tonight. Love the food, however was very distressed when i went in to pick it up and not one, NONE of the emplyees were wearing masks! Not one. Very upsetting.

Dirty table. Had to ask twice to get it cleaned. Came in before midnight and while their site says their open until 1a we were greeted with "we're doing last call but I'll get you one drink". Won't be back. Western Avenue location.

Food is good, the employees are extremely rude. Went multiple times thinking it was just a rough day....nope, that just seems to be their level of customer service.

Pizza wasn't anything special but it was still good. Person who took order over the phone was absolutely rude.

Ordered delivery tonight. A pizza sub minus mushrooms a order of fries and cheese bread sticks, usually food is hot and good when it gets delivered, I live 5 mins from their To my suprise and disappointment not the case this time. The fries were just a touch warm lots of condensation in the to go box I assume from bein in their an excessive amount of time Also the cheese bread sticks were too dark in some places and some had no cheese and were not very warm at all. The sub came with mushrooms even though I ordered with out...called and they were happy to remake it and send it back out..crossing my fingers they get it right and its hot
